Our service items consist of before sale service and after sale service. The before sale service provides a series of service for the purpose of realizing the perfect match between the batteries of McNair and the products of our clients. The after sale service will satisfy our clients with the special and individual requirements.

Before sall service including :
The market demand survey and forecast for clients;
Finalize the detailed requirements of clients through sufficient communications and talks;
Other services, including but not limited to package design, the testing of batteries, technical support and consultation of batteries, technical communication, the training of battery knowledge;

after sale service includes : 
Respond the clients’ complaint within 24hrs. submit the “complaint report” to clients within one week;
Answer and explain the questions raised by clients;
Provide the information or data of technique, system and equipments;
Provide relevant trainings of battery performance and usage;
Provide the Quarterly customer satisfaction report;
Provide the evaluation of the client demand and track the clients’requirements.
